In the warmer seasons we are located at 273 Jenness Pond Rd, NH. The house is on 21 acres, most of which is wooded. We are less than a half hour from the state capital Concord, but definitely out in the country.
We have a lovely view of Jenness Pond which is a wonderful unspoiled waterbody - for people, fish, or loons. Our half mile of shore frontage helps ensure that the pond will maintain its attractiveness.
Lake Shore Farm Inn abuts our property. Before we built our house here, Rick, Michelle, Sandy, and Dick owned the Inn for a few years.
Owning the Inn was disruptive to our family. The Inn has been sold, but Sandy and I still remain in our Yellow House
We also own 115 acres across the street from the Inn.
This property has lovely fields, hiking trails, and a small pond (not nearly as large as impled by the third photo).
Before moving to Northwood, we lived in Sandwich, NH. Dick bought that property in 1974, had three houses built there and has lots of fond memories. Sandy was there for more than 10 years and loved the woods and pond. But we were way way out in the country and appreciate now being closer to a big city, while still being in a beautiful peaceful spot.
