Clarinda's house is next to Dick and Sandy's house, on the east side. This is the first house that was built for Dick in Sandwich. It was built in 1979 and at that time the property contained 155 acres. While owning this house, he met and married Julie. They had a pond constructed near the western boundary, and decided to move closer to it. The land was subdivided and Clarinda's house alotted 5 acres. The house is named in honor of Clarinda Philips who is no longer with us, but very fondly remembered.
