Blackberry Lane is not longer on Dick's property, but it is included here because of its proximity.

Blackberry Lane goes between Erratic Trail and Blackberry Crossing. The blackberry name was deemed appropriate when there was a multitude of blackberries along the road. The blackberry bushes arrived a few years after the area was harvested. The area has matured and there are no longer any blackberries around, but the name remains.
