title.gif was created by:

The background - made a big one cell table in Dreamweaver the
the background color #CCCCFF. The used the "print screen" key,
open a new file in Photoshop, and pasted the screen shot it.
Then used lviewpro to grab just the blue background color.

Via Photoshop.
Font - Sans Black
Size - 40, 30, 25 pixels for the 3 lines
