A couple of years ago, Rick purchased a beat-up house at action in Barnstead, NH. After an amazing amount of rehab work on the house, he sold it as planned. His next phase of this project was to subdivide the almost 5 acre lot so he could create a house on what became the adjacent lot. The lot was wet and fully treed so that it required a lot of work before it was ready for the foundation.

July 16, 2007 was an exciting day. That was when a modular home was delivered to the lot and installed by an amazing crane and the crew that came with it.

Where the two half sections were joined, the walls at one end were an inch out of alignment. Rick is currently consulting with the company to resolve this issue.
